SHIPPING + RETURNS

ACCESSORIES

All accessories ship out from our warehouse within approximately 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for transit. We accept returns on all home accessories within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be given in the amount of the item less shipping & handling costs. Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged please see our Damaged Item Policy. Please email support@lw-home.co to begin your return.

 

ART

 

All sales are final. Each piece of art is made to order so once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Due to the custom nature of each art piece, production will begin after an order has been placed so please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.

 

PILLOWS

 

All sales are final. Pillows are in stock and will ship out within approximately 1-3 business days and will take an additional 5-7 days for delivery. Due to the handmade quality of the fabrics and pillow covers, no two pillows are exactly alike. 

 

RUGS

All sales are final. Typically all in stock rugs will ship between 3-4 weeks from when your order is placed. If a rug is backordered, the availability date will be listed on the product page.

 

LIGHTING

 

All sales are final. All in stock light fixtures will typically ship approximately 3-4 weeks from the time that your order is placed. If a light fixture is backordered, the availability date will be listed on the product page.

 

DAMAGED ITEM POLICY

 

We take pride in ensuring that your items arrive safely to your home, but we understand that sometimes damages do occur during transit. If you have received an item that is damaged please notify LW Home within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us with proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged item at support@lw-home.co. All damaged items must be returned in original packaging. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to offer any cancellations. 

 

BACKORDERS

 

Our team strives to keep product availability updated frequently. However, all products are subject to additional backorder per vendor availability. If this occurs with your order, you will be notified immediately via email. 

 

SHIPPING

 

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and anywhere outside of the US.
